“I was comfortable throughout the entire process of working with this company. From the first call to the receptionist, the experience was pleasant and I felt well-informed. Water heaters are expensive and not a purchase I want to make unless necessary. The lead technician that came to my home, along with another employee, provided information that allowed for me to make an informed decision along with various options. The entire job was completed in less than a couple hours once work started. I felt there was effort to do the job beyond minimal installation in that it was customized for my space and dimensions with thought and care. These projects are costly but I want them done right. The technician, Tom, thoroughly assessed the scope of the job before offering a price and clearly explained my options for a faucet replacement that involved some additional issues. Tom was very respectful, answered all my questions, carefully reviewed his work as well as making any necessary adjustments and then left everything spotless. He took the time to zip tie the excess cord from the garbage disposal to piping which essentially made the made the space more functional and prevents the cord from interfering with the faucet pull out hose.
